In 2009, Jamie Thomas and I took a leap of faith and opened what is now known as J.Morgan Salon Company. We moved from Nashville, Tennessee, to Easton, Pennsylvania, and opened our first 1,400-square-foot salon on College Hill, determined to pursue our dream.

With my 20+ years as a Redken/L’Oréal educator and Jamie’s strong financial background, we built a business founded on passion, education, and exceptional guest experiences. As our salon grew, we relocated from our small College Hill location to downtown Easton, where we continued to thrive. Our mission has always been simple: provide an outstanding experience while investing in the best-educated hairstylists in the Lehigh Valley.

As we became one of the region’s leading salons, we knew it was time to grow. We opened our second location in Bethlehem Township, followed by a third in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. Along the way, we faced our share of challenges, but we always stayed focused on our vision. Jamie and I would often look back at what we had built together with pride and gratitude.

In 2024, tragedy struck when Jamie unexpectedly passed away. Never did I imagine I would have to continue our dream without him. There have been difficult days, but I know Jamie would never have wanted me to give up. Thanks to an incredible management team and a talented group of hairstylists, we have remained committed to the values we built together.

Today, J.Morgan Salon Company continues to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through a team of passionate professionals who care deeply about their craft. Jamie’s legacy lives on in every salon, every guest we serve, and every stylist who shares our commitment to excellence. Together, we continue to shine.
